You will learn to produce ice cream, gelato, sorbets and Sherbet. Besides the production, there will be lessons concerning location research, designing the gelato shop layout and setting up a business plan for this interesting activity.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for beginning student that want to make at home or beginner for start up aspiring gelato entrepreneurs who need a complete training, as it teaches the basis of technical knowledge necessary to produce high quality ice cream and gelato.

Course objectives
The objective of this course is to teach the basic theoretical and practical concepts necessary to produce gelato of superior quality, using last generation laboratory machines. In one days you will learn how to produce gelato, sorbets, Sherbet , Yogurt ice cream


Theoretical lessons and hands on practice in small groups of about 1 – 3 studentsdepend on private course request.
