You will learn to produce ice cream, gelato, sorbets and Sherbet. Besides the production, there will be lessons concerning location research, designing the gelato shop layout and setting up a business plan for this interesting activity.

 
Who should attend?
This course is designed for gelato entrepreneurs that want to open ice cream or gelato shop, or someone that developed and built their own recipes. Student who want to analyze their own recipes and calculation for their own recipes relate at budget and cost as it teaches the advance of technical knowledge necessary to produce high quality ice cream and gelato.

 
Course objectives
The objective of this course is to teach the advance theoretical and practical concepts with calculation your own recipes necessary to produce gelato of superior quality, using last generation laboratory machines. In two days you will learn how to produce gelato, sorbets, Sherbet , Yogurt ice cream by your choice. Theoretical lessons and hands on practice in small groups of about 1 – 3 students depend on private course request.

Making ice cream: 4-5 recipes per day (total 2 days)
